The Alumni battled hard throughout the game but ultimately the Titans youth and conditioning prevailed. Sophomore Rei Dorwart answered with a goal in the 33rd minute of play to give the Titans a one goal lead that they would not relinquish.
Freshman midfielder Christian Pinzon scored his first unofficial goal of his collegiate career in the 77th minute to give Fullerton a comfortable two goal lead.
The Titans ended regulation with a 3-1 advantage, however, the teams played a 10 minute overtime in which Julian Okai of the Alumni team narrowed the gap with a goal inside the goalie box with less than a minute left to play.
Following the final fixture of the preseason, the Titans will now head to South Carolina to begin the regular season with a matchup against Clemson Friday at 2 p.m. PT.
