Fox Sports Prime Ticket Television Schedule Release (PDF)
IRVINE, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton men's basketball team will appear once on Fox Sports Prime Ticket with the possibility of two other wild card games being picked up by the network, it was announced Thursday.
The Titans will head to the Walter Pyramid to take on rival Long Beach State on Jan. 26. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and will air on Prime Ticket.
In addition, Prime Ticket will select four "wild card" games from the Big West Conference slate this season with two Fullerton games eligible to be selected; Feb. 18 vs. UC Davis and March 4 at CSUN. These games will be officially selected approximately three or four weeks prior to competition.
The Titans slate of televised game is one of nine regular season conference games covered by Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket this season.
The Big West Conference Tournament quarterfinals will once again air on the networks, with the first two games of the men's quarterfinals airing on Fox Sports West while the last two will appear on Prime Ticket.
Overall, the Titans will appear on television seven times between Fox Sports and the ESPN Family of Networks with three others eligible to get picked up as wild card games.
The Titans open the season on Nov. 5 with an exhibition against St. Martins at Titan Gym. The team officially opens the 2016-17 slate on Nov. 11 when they host Caltech at Titan Gym.
The squad will feature five returners and 12 newcomers, nine of which are listed at 6-foot-5 and above including three centers listed at 6-foot-10 and above, giving the Titans a lot of length and a lot of depth for the upcoming season. Titan fans will get their first opportunity to see the squad in action at the annual Blue-Orange Scrimmage, which will be held Saturday, Oct. 22 at 11 a.m. at Titan Gym. Admission will be free.
