FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton right-hander Thomas Eshelman was named the Big West Conference pitcher of the week for the second-consecutive week, the conference announced Monday.

The Carlsbad, Calif. native dropped his ERA to a Big West-leading 1.62 and maintains his conference lead in strikeouts on the season with 107.

Others nominated: Casey Bloomquist (Cal Poly); Jerry Keel (CSUN); Chris Mathewson (Long Beach State); Kyle Nelson (UC Santa Barbara)
