SÃO PAULO, Brazil – Cal State Fullerton women's track and field was represented by Laura Hamann, a senior during the 2018 campaign that just graduated from CSF, at the inaugural FISU America Games.
Hamann took fifth in the long jump with a mark of 17-8.25 (5.39m) and took fourth place in the triple jump.
Hamann, who just completed her senior year at Fullerton, is set to triple jump on July 22. She won the 2017 Big West Championship in the event and holds the indoor school record in the event as well with a mark of 40-0.75 (12.21m). During the 2018 campaign, she took third place at the conference championships with a season-best leap of 40-2.25 (12.25m).
