After dominating the multi events for the first two days of competition in Riverside thanks to Taylor Frank's record-breaking performance, the rest of the Titans squad were given their chance to shine in the final day.  Fullerton took advantage of the opportunity as at least one runner, sprinter, jumper and thrower took home top prize in their respective events to go along with personal-best finishes all around.

Throwers

The throwers put together another strong meet for the Titans in Riverside with personal-best throws by Alexandria Kemp, Catherine Craig and Tayla Shultz in the hammer throw and Kenny Callinan in the Discus.  Nobody could out-shine Daniel Walker, however, throwing a personal-best 199-feet-9 inches in the javelin competition.  The distance shattered Walker's previous personal-best by over fifteen feet and is the second-best throw in the Big West Conference this season.

"The UC Riverside Spring Classic was filled with impressive performances from our team," head coach John Elders said.  "Janaya, Josh and Danny had an outstanding Saturday following Taylor's record-breaking heptathlon performance on Thursday and Friday.  Add those to a bunch of personal-bests from others and you get a great three days for Titan Track."

The Titans will be back on the Track on Friday and Saturday to take part in the UCLA Legends Invite in Westwood, Calif.
